Abstract:
In the process of coal seam mining, the coal seam occurrence condition, mining technology and mining equipment and other factors are affected. The problems including insufficient caving in the goaf, the large wind resistance at working face and the serious air leakage in the goaf cause the difficulty of gas control at working face of thin seam. In this paper, taking N1-1403 fully mechanized mining face of thin coal seam in Xiaonan Mine as the research object, and the efficiency of gas extraction is improved by optimizing the drilling process and adjusting the parameters of gas drainage by using low drilling in high drill site as the guide core. Combined with self-made end support and side baffle of working face bracket to reduce the air leakage, gas control problem in thin coal seam is successfully solved.
