高突矿井深孔预裂爆破瓦斯“零”超限技术

    Gas “Zero” Overrun Technique in High Gas Outburst Mine by Deep-hole Pre-splitting Blasting

    • 摘要: 针对高突矿井低透气煤层瓦斯“零”超限治理需要,采用理论计算、现场试验方法研究了深孔预裂爆破影响半径,通过现场瓦斯抽采流量及浓度监测对比分析深孔预裂爆破增透作用效果。结果表明:深孔预裂爆破粉碎区理论半径可达4.0~6.3 m,裂隙区理论半径可达7.8~12.1 m,现场试验深孔预裂爆破影响范围大于9 m,爆破增透抽采效果与距离爆破孔的距离呈反比趋势;深孔预裂爆破技术可最大提高瓦斯抽采量9.27倍,平均提高瓦斯抽采量4.96倍,可有效提高煤层瓦斯抽采效率。

       

      Abstract: To meet the need of “zero” gas overrun in low permeability coal seam of high outburst coal mine, the influence radius of deep hole pre-splitting blasting is studied by theoretical calculation and field test. Through the field gas extraction flow and concentration monitoring, we analyze permeability improvement effect by deep hole pre-splitting blasting. The results show that the theory radius of crushing zone by deep hole pre-splitting blasting is up to 4.0 to 6.3 m, and the radius of crack area is up to 7.8 to 12.1 m, and the field test shows that deep hole pre-splitting blasting influence scope is more than 9 m; the drainage effect of blasting and permeability improvement is inversely proportional with the distance of blast hole distance; deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology can biggest increase the gas drainage pure flow of 9.27 times and the average increase of gas drainage pure flow 4.96 times; the application shows that deep hole pre-splitting blasting can improve the gas drainage efficiency.
