Abstract:
The size of the tension difference of friction wheel on both sides of the single container friction hoist changes with the motion state and load changing of the container side, and the change of the tension difference directly affects the safe operation of the system. For the single container friction hoist system, on the basis of Euler's formula and the equal principle of static tension ratio, we established the mathematical relationship between the static tension ratio and accelerated speed and static anti-slip safety coefficient. Using Matlab simulation, we obtained the figure and anti-skid condition under various operating conditions.
