单容器摩擦提升机防滑安全研究

    Research on Anti-slip and Safety of Single Container Friction Hoist

    • 摘要: 单容器摩擦提升机,摩擦轮两侧张力差的大小,随着容器侧的运动状态及载重的变化而变化,而张力差的变化直接影响到系统的安全运行。针对单容器摩擦提升系统,在欧拉公式的基础上,基于静张力比相等原则,建立了静张力比与加速度及静防滑安全系数之间的数学关系,采用 Matlab 仿真,分别获得了两者之间的变化关系图,得出了系统在各种情况下的防滑条件。

       

      Abstract: The size of the tension difference of friction wheel on both sides of the single container friction hoist changes with the motion state and load changing of the container side, and the change of the tension difference directly affects the safe operation of the system. For the single container friction hoist system, on the basis of Euler's formula and the equal principle of static tension ratio, we established the mathematical relationship between the static tension ratio and accelerated speed and static anti-slip safety coefficient. Using Matlab simulation, we obtained the figure and anti-skid condition under various operating conditions.
