高吸水性树脂对煤的阻燃性能实验研究

    Experimental Research on Super Absorbent Polymer in Fire-proof Performance of Coal

    • 摘要: 为了研究高吸水性树脂(SAP)对煤的阻燃性能,通过实验测试了高吸水性树脂的防灭火特性,采用基于程序升温法的煤氧化自燃模拟系统对比分析了原煤与含有水或高吸水性树脂的混合煤样在氧化升温过程中的温度变化特点,以及氧化产物的生成变化规律。结果表明:高吸水性树脂不仅能够延长煤氧化升温时间,减小氧化升温的整体速率,还能明显抑制氧化产物的生成,使其生成的初始温度更高,生成量更少,从而发挥较好的阻燃效果。因此,高吸水性树脂可作为一种新型矿井防灭火材料加以研究和开发。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the fire-proof performance of super absorbent polymer (SAP) in coal spontaneous combustion, a series of experiments were firstly made to test the fire-fighting characteristics of super absorbent polymer. With the help of the coal oxidation spontaneous combustion simulation experimental system, this paper compared and analyzed variation regularities of temperature and oxidation products of coal samples, water-coal mixed samples, SAP-coal mixed samples during oxidation heating process. And experiments prove that super absorbent polymer can prolong the time of coal oxidation heating and decrease the heating rate. Moreover, this material can raise generation temperature of oxidation products and reduce their production and prevent coal spontaneous combustion. Therefore, super absorbent polymer can be used as a new fire prevention material to research and develop.
