Abstract:
In order to accurately predict CH
4 isothermal adsorption curve of coal at low temperature, the isothermal tests were done at different temperatures (-20, -10, 0, 10, 20 ℃), which relied on high/low temperature adsorption experiment facility and used the sample of VI
15-17 coal bed in Pingdingshan. Based on the uniqueness of adsorption characteristic curve in adsorption potential theory, in accordance with the experimental data at 20, 10, 0 ℃, the CH
4 isothermal adsorption curves of coal at -10, -20 ℃ were predicted. The results showed that the predicted isothermal adsorption curves approximately agreed with reality isothermal adsorption curve, and the average relative error was 2.47% and 2.64%.
