穿层水力造穴钻孔瓦斯抽采效果数值模拟研究

    Numerical Simulation Study on Gas Drainage Effect by Through-beds Hydraulic Flushing Hole

    • 摘要: 根据在寺家庄矿统计水力造穴措施出煤量,将冲孔形状简化为直径0.7 m的圆柱体,以弹性力学和瓦斯流动理论为基础建立瓦斯流动流固耦合力学模型,借助COMSOL Multiphysics进行求解得出造穴后瓦斯抽采有效半径和合适的布孔间距,经现场验证,模拟结果与现场实测基本一致,说明了水力造穴瓦斯抽采参数可以采用简化的冲孔形态结合流固耦合力学模型进行数值模拟。

       

      Abstract: The flushing shape is simplified to a cylinder with a diameter of 0.7 m, according to the statistics of coal output by hydraulic flushing technology in the Sijiazhuang Mine, and a fluid solid coupling mechanics model by using simulation software of COMSOL Multiphysics based on elastic mechanics and gas flow theory is built to analysis the effective radius of gas drainage and the appropriate spacing of holes. It has been verified by field inspection, the simulation results are basically consistent with the field measurements, it illustrates that the hydraulic flushing gas extraction parameters can be simulated by simplified form of flushing combining fluid-solid coupling mechanics model to provide convenient.
