煤矿井下系统职业病危害风险模糊评价

Fuzzy Evaluation of Occupational Hazard Risk in Coal Mine Underground System

  • 摘要: 为全面系统的评价煤矿井下系统的职业病危害风险,结合煤矿井下系统的主要特点,依据法律法规及实践经验,筛选出煤矿井下系统的主要职业病危害风险因子;利用层次分析法计算各风险因子的权重系数,并进行一致性检验;通过模糊数学理论构建井下系统职业病危害风险评价模型;采用指派法建立相应的风险分级隶属函数;最后通过构建的职业病危害风险评价模型对某矿综采工作面职业病危害风险进行综合评价。根据评价结果,给出优先应采取的防护措施建议,为煤矿的职业卫生管理提供依据。
    Abstract: To carry out comprehensive and systematic evaluation for occupational hazard risk of coal mine underground system, combined with characteristics of coal mine underground system, according to laws, regulations and practice experience, main factors were selected about occupational hazard risk of coal mine underground system, the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight coefficient of each risk factor, and the consistency test was made. Through the fuzzy mathematics theory, the evaluation model was built about the occupational hazard risk of coal mine underground system, the corresponding assignment method was used to build the risk classification membership function. The risk evaluation model was established to comprehensively evaluate the occupational hazard risk of fully mechanized mining face in a coal mine. According to the evaluation result, protective measures suggestions were given to provide the basis for the occupational health management of coal mine.
