Abstract:
From the deep perspective of coal mine safety culture, four aspects were analyzed for the coal mine safety culture construction, including the understanding problem of safety culture values, the mismatch problem between safety culture values and behavior, the bottleneck of safety culture construction in safety production and management, the innovation mechanism which had become the bottleneck of safety culture innovation development. The psychological behavior theory was used to analyze safety culture construction, the concept of safety culture subtly infiltrated into all aspects of safety production, and the unique DNA chain of coal mine safety culture had formed, which could enhance the core competitiveness of coal mine enterprises.
