煤矿掘进巷道风筒附壁距离对风流场的影响

    Influence of Ventilation Duct Attachment Distance on Wind Field in Coal Mine Excavation Roadway

    • 摘要: 以柠条塔矿s1200-Ⅲ掘进工作面为对象,利用流体力学FLUENT软件建立有限元模型,并对风筒不同附壁距离进行模拟分析和现场实测验证。由模拟可知:风筒附壁距离对受限贴附紊动射流起始段影响程度较小,对主体段影响程度较大,对速度变化幅度影响也较大,通过调整附壁距离可以调整风流速度;同时对巷道内涡流也有一定影响,随着附壁距离逐渐增大,巷道内涡流区域逐渐减少,当增加到一定值后,随着附壁距离增加,巷道内涡流区域反而逐渐增加。

       

      Abstract: Taking Ningtiaota Mine s1200- III heading face as research object, we established the finite element model by fluid dynamics software FLUENT and simulated and measured different duct attachment distance by site verification. The simulation results show that there is limited attached turbulent influence on the initial section of the jet, while the influence degree of the main section is high, and speed variation influence is bigger, and adjusting the attachment distance can adjust the wind speed; it also has a certain effect on vortex in the tunnel at the same time, with the increase of duct-wall distance, the roadway within the vortex area is gradually reduced; when the duct-wall distance increases to a certain value, with the increase of duct-wall distance, the vortex area gradually increases in the tunnel on the contrary.
