抽放条件下采空区自燃危险区域分布

    Distribution of Spontaneous Combustion Dangerous Area Under the Condition of Gas Drainage

    • 摘要: 为了探究在采空区埋管抽放状态下采空区危险区域的分布,利用Fluent软件建立模型,并与现场实测数据进行对比,得出埋管抽采对采空区氧浓度、瓦斯浓度的分布规律的影响。结果表明:4208工作面埋管在深入采空区内10 m,随着工作面的推进,埋管也随之进入采空区内部,随着风流的流动且在抽放负压的作用下,漏风强度较大的地方主要表现在上隅角处;氧气浓度分布情况呈现的是在进风侧分布较广,回风侧窄;在回风侧深部瓦斯浓度较高。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the distribution of dangerous zones under the state of goaf drainage and buried pipe, we use Fluent software to establish model and compare the simulation results with the measured data, and obtain the effect of buried pipe extraction on distribution of oxygen concentration and gas concentration in goaf. The results show that buried pipe is in deep mined-area 10 m at 4208 working face, with the advancing of working face, and buried pipe is into the mined-out area with it; with the flowing of airflow and under the influence of drainage negative pressure, air-leakage intensity at upper corner is relatively large; the distribution of oxygen concentration is wide in intake air side, and a relatively narrow range in the return air side; gas concentration is higher in deep return air side.
