Abstract:
Wall caving in large mining height working face occurs frequently, especially passing through the fault. In order to prevent wall caving, we propose the technology of advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement. The technology uses a new type of inorganic deep hole grouting material, which makes up for the disadvantages of the traditional polymer grouting material such as the higher cost and potential safety hazard. The gas drainage holes are used as the grouting hole, thus the working procedure of drilling is omitted, and it prevents the coal wall from being damaged again. The reasonable grouting opportunity is proposed, and the reasonable grouting area is between the second half of the stress-concentrated area and the first half of the broken zone. Field practice shows that the effect of advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement technology is obvious, and is of good value of safety and economy.
