基于新型粉煤灰-水泥泡沫材料的采空区遗煤阻燃技术及应用

    Retardant Technology and Application for Residual Coal in Goaf Based on Pulverized Fuel Ash-cement Foam Material

    • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿防灭火材料封堵强度低、成本高及破坏环境等问题,选取硫铝酸盐超细水泥10%~40%、粉煤灰10%~40%、羧甲基纤维素0.5%~0.9%、氟化钠0.1%~0.6%、三聚氰胺0.2%~0.6%、硫酸铝0.1%~0.4%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3%~0.6%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.4%~0.6%、皂素0.5%~0.8%等成分,制备新型防治煤炭自燃的粉煤灰-水泥泡沫材料,并将其在唐口煤矿某回采工作面进行技术应用。结果表明:新型材料的阻燃技术能有效降低工作面温度上升速率。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of low plugging strength, high cost and damaging environment of existing coal mine fire prevention materials, the pulverized fuel ash-cement foam material is prepared from the following components by weight: 10% to 40 % of sulfoaluminate superfine cement, 10% to 40 % of pulverized fuel ash, 0.5% to 0.9 % of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1% to 0.6 % of sodium fluoride, 0.2% to 0.6 % of melamine, 0.1% to 0.4 % of aluminum sulfate, 0.3% to 0.6 % of lauryl sodium sulfate, 0.4% to 0.6 % of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.5% to 0.8 % of saponin and the balance of water. The rate of temperature in coal face can reduce effectively by using the method of pulverized fuel ash-cement foam material.
