井下防爆柴油机废气处理箱的结构研究

    Structure Study on Waste Gas Treatment Tank of Underground Explosion-proof Diesel Engine

    • 摘要: 为了研究防爆柴油机废气处理箱的结构对尾气冷却效果的影响,建立未加装挡板和加装挡板的2种不同结构的废气处理箱的二维内部两相流模型;采用Fluent软件对这2种模型进行数值模拟,研究他们的降温性能和压力损失;对4种不同尺寸的挡板进行模拟分析,研究挡板对废气处理箱的降温性能和压降的影响。结果表明,废气处理箱加装适当宽度的挡板后,最终的排气温度得到很好的冷却,满足废气处理箱的设计要求,但是会增加废气处理箱整体的压降;在保证废气处理箱最终排气温度满足设计要求的情况下,加装宽度为6 mm挡板的废气处理箱的整体压降最低,对防爆柴油机的综合性能影响最小。

       

      Abstract: To study the influence of the waste gas treatment tank of explosion-proof diesel engine structure on the exhaust cooling effect, two dimensional internal two-phase flow models are established for the waste gas treatment tank with two different structures, they are equipped with baffle and without baffle. The software Fluent is used to simulate two models in order to study the cooling performance and pressure loss. The simulation analysis of four kinds of different size baffle is carried out to study the effect of baffle on cooling performance and pressure drop of waste gas treatment tank. The results show that the cooling effect of final exhaust temperature is very good after installing baffle with proper width for waste gas treatment tank it meets the design requirement of waste gas treatment tank, but it will increase the overall pressure drop of waste gas treatment tank. In order to ensure the final exhaust temperature of waste gas treatment tank to meet the design requirement, the total pressure drop is the lowest when the exhaust gas treatment tank has the baffle with a width of 6 mm, it has the least influence on the comprehensive performance of the explosion-proof diesel engine.
