Abstract:
For the problem that the uphill coal roadway group in east wing mining area of a mine is damaged by mining disturbance, the paper proposed the prevention and control idea of anchoring-spraying-grouting integration to strengthen surrounding rock structure and control the stability of surrounding rock. Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and laboratory test results of cement slurry parameters, the superfine cement slurry with water cement ratio of 1.5∶1 was proposed to reinforce the roadway surrounding rock. The in-situ rock pressure observation results show that the technology of anchoring-spraying-grouting integration can well control the stability of surrounding rock of coal seam under mining disturbance of working face.
