矿井带式输送机火灾蔓延规律数值模拟研究

    Numerical Simulation of Spreading Laws of Coal Mine Belt Conveyer Fire

    • 摘要: 为了掌握运输巷火灾蔓延及烟气运移的规律,基于12 m×0.7 m×0.9 m的矿井巷道火灾模拟实验台,建立了尺寸为11 m×0.5 m×0.4 m的FDS相似模型;设定火源功率:Q=2.51 kW,风速范围:0~0.8 m/s,利用FDS相似模型分别模拟火灾演变过程巷道内的温度场分布情况、烟气运移情况及带式输送机火灾蔓延情况。结果表明:纵向通风是改变巷道火灾温度场分布与烟气扩散的主因,火灾平均蔓延速率与风速成正比,风速对带式输送机火灾的温度场、烟气扩散及火灾蔓延速率影响显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to grasp the laws of fire spreading and smoke flow in transportation roadway, a FDS similar model of 11 m×0.5 m×0.4 m was established based on fire simulation test platform of 12 m×0.7 m×0.9 m. Setting fire power Q=2.51 kW, wind speed range of 0 to 0.8 m/s, the distribution of temperature field, the smoke movement and the spread of belt conveyer fire in the roadway were simulated using FDS similarity model. The results show that longitudinal ventilation is the main factor of changing the roadway fire temperature field distribution and gas diffusion, the average rate of fire spread is proportional to the wind velocity, wind speed has a significant influence on the temperature field, smoke spread and fire spread rate of belt conveyor fire.
