Abstract:
In order to study the cooling process of fire zone after coal spontaneous combustion, we used XK-Ⅶ coal spontaneous combustion experiment device to research spontaneous heating, cooling process of coal samples. We comparatively analyzed the coal temperature variation, migration of hot spots, index gases and gas ratio of heating process and cooling process. The results show that the heating process and cooling process of coal spontaneous combustion is asymmetrical; the temperature variation laws of heating process and cooling process both have segmentation; the maximum temperature point moves to the deeper of the return air side in the cooling process, in contrast to heating stage; disappearance temperature of alkane gas in cooling process is higher than that of the heating process; ratio of CO/O
2, CO
2/CO in cooling process is higher than that of the heating process at the corresponding temperature.
