气液两相射流冲蚀性能的研究

    Study on Erosion Capability of Gas-liquid Two-phase Jet

    • 摘要: 含气率是影响气液两相射流冲蚀性能的关键参数。通过对不同进气压力两相射流的冲蚀性能进行实验研究,分析了射流的冲击力大小与其破碎煤体深度之间的关系。研究表明:气液两相射流的冲击力大小与其破碎煤岩的深度成正比,冲击区内的静压越大,冲蚀能力越强;当进气压力为0.6 MPa时,气液两相射流与纯水射流相比,平均冲蚀能力可提高近28%,有效提高射流破岩效率,降低系统的作业压力,增强系统的安全可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Gas containing rate is the key parameter that affects impact erosion capability of gas-liquid two-phase jet. We analyzed the relationship between impact force of gas-liquid two-phase jet and crushing depth of coal by the experiment research on different inlet pressure erosion performance of two phase flow. Research shows that the impact force size of gas-liquid two-phase jet is proportional to the crushing depth of coal and rock; the greater static pressure of gas-liquid two-phase jet in its impact zone is, the stronger its impact erosion capability is; when inlet pressure is 0.6 MPa, compared to the water jet, the average impact erosion capacity of gas-liquid two-phase jet can increase nearly 28%. Therefore, the gas-liquid two-phase jet can effectively improve jet rock breaking efficiency, reduce the operating pressure of system, and enhance the safety and reliability of system.
