煤矿岗位标准作业流程在精益化与风险预控管理体系中的应用

    • 摘要: 通过掌握和了解国内外各行业标准作业流程运用情况,深入研究了煤矿岗位标准作业流程的在精益化管理方面与风险预控管理体系之间的关系,并结合神东煤炭集团在煤矿岗位标准作业流程方面的实际推广经验,分析得出了标准作业流程的推广应采取组织保障、制度保障、技术保障、资金保障、文化保障、培训保障、信息化保障和其它保障措施等手段,同时得出标准化作业流程的推广对于煤炭企业的精益化管理和风险预控管理体系能够起到积极的促进作用。

       

      Abstract: By mastering and understanding application conditions of standard operation procedure of various industries at home and abroad. We research the relationship of coal mine post standard operation procedure between lean management and risk management system; combined with the actual promotion experience of post standard procedure in Shendong Coal Group, we analyze and obtain that the promotion of standard operation procedure should be taken by the means of organization guarantee, system guarantee, technical guarantee, capital guarantee, cultural guarantee, training guarantee, information guarantee and other safeguard measures. At the same time, we obtain that the standard operation procedure plays a positive role in promoting coal mine post standard operation procedure in lean and risk management system.
