Abstract:
End-mining of fully mechanized coal mining in Shendong Mining Area uses auxiliary lane multi-channel retraction technology. Through the research of strata behaviors laws in end mining stage and support retraction stage, the paper proposes end-mining isobaric pressure roof control technology. This paper takes 22303 fully mechanized coal mining face in Bulianta Coal Mine as an example. Studies show that a certain size of isobaric coal pillar needs to be reserved by calculation to stop mining and yielding before the interconnection of fully mechanized mining face end mining. Basic roof is fracture and turns to form stable masonry beam structure when the working face is pressed; the main retraction channel will not be pressed during the connection period, which can ensure the safety of support retreat. If the working face is still without pressure after yielding, the working face is in a state of pressure during the retraction period; it needs to strengthen the support of withdrawal channel to prevent the accident of supports crushing.
