集中煤柱动载矿压控制技术

    Dynamic Load Ground Pressure Control Technology for Bulianta Coal Mine 7 Meters Large Mining Height Fully Mechanized Coal Face Passing Through Stress-concentrated Coal Pillar

    • 摘要: 为解决浅埋近距离综采工作面过上覆集中煤柱矿压显现强烈的问题,以补连塔煤矿22307大采高综采工作面为研究对象,分析其过上覆集中煤柱期间的矿压显现特征及规律,结合地质条件、煤层赋存状况等相似矿井过集中煤柱的经验和科研机构的研究成果,据此提出合理分配推进与检修的时间安排、采用合理的采高、更换效验安全阀、工作面调斜、加强矿压观测等安全技术措施,有效避免22307综采工作面过上覆集中煤柱时因压力显现强烈、压力持续时间长,造成支架压死、工作面冒顶、煤巷片帮、锚杆或锚索飞溅伤人的危害,实现工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of strong ground pressure when shallow buried depth and close distance fully mechanized coal face passes through overlying stress-concentrated coal pillar, taking 22307 large mining height fully mechanized coal face as the research object, we analyze strata behavior characteristics and laws when working face passes through overlying stress-concentrated coal pillar, combining with geological conditions, coal seam occurrence conditions of coal and other similar mines experience and research achievements from scientific research institution, we accordingly propose safety technical measures including reasonable schedule for allocation advancing and maintenance, the use of reasonable mining height, replacing and verifying relief valve, face angle adjusting and strengthening mine pressure observation, which effectively avoids hydraulic support push-down, working face roof caving, roadway rib spalling and the harm of bolts or cables splash hurt due to the strong and long mine pressure when 22307 fully mechanized coal face passes through overlying stress-concentrated coal pillar, and realizes safety mining of working face.
