基于ABC行为分析法的煤矿不安全行为HFACS模型

    HFACS Model of Coal Mine Unsafe Behavior Based on ABC Behavior Analysis

    • 摘要: 为提升煤矿整体安全性,结合前因-行为-结果(ABC)行为分析法,通过人因分析与分类系统将煤矿不安全因素分为4类致因、18类人因因素,并建立人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)模型。以山西省潞宁矿为例,通过层次分析法计算各因素权重,结合问卷调查获得的矿山等级评定矩阵获得矿山整体安全性的表达式。分析结果表明潞宁矿人因安全性较好,主要的不安全因素为组织的安全氛围及矿工的不安全心理,并针对这些不安全因素提出对策性建议。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the overall safety of coal mine, combined with antecedent-behavior-consequence(ABC) behavior analysis method, through human factors analysis and classification system, we divide coal mine unsafe factors into four kinds of cause factors, 18 kinds of human factors, and establish human factors analysis and classification system(HFACS) model. Taking Shanxi Luning Coal Mine as an example, we calculate the weight of each factor by analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and obtain the overall safety expression of mine through the obtained mine grade evaluation matrix from grade questionnaire. The analysis results show that human factors in Luning Mine are better, and unsafe factors are safety atmosphere of organization and unsafety psychology of miners. We propose the countermeasures to solve these unsafe factors.
