煤矿岗位风险管控培训考试管理信息系统研究与应用

    Research and Application of Management Information System for Training and Examination of Risk Management and Control in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 从风险管理理论出发,结合国内安全培训现状,以国内某煤矿为例,通过系统全面的辨识风险及危险因素,建立风险信息数据库,实现动态管理。基于此,梳理岗位培训需求矩阵,开发有针对性的培训课件及试题,最终结合信息化手段,设计岗位培训考试信息系统。通过系统的实施,能够规范煤矿风险管理,避免或减少了煤矿事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: From the theory of risk management and combined with current safety training situation, taking a domestic coal mine as an example, through comprehensively and systematically identifying risk and risk factors, we establish risk information database to achieve dynamic management. Based on this, we sort out post training demand matrix, develop targeted training courseware and test questions. Finally, combining information technology, we design post training and examination information system. Through the implementation of the system, it can standardize coal mine risk management and avoid or reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents.
