基于耦合关系的采煤机安全性评价模型研究

    Research on Safety Evaluation Model of Coal Cutter Based on Coupling Relation

    • 摘要: 从采煤机安全性的评价特征提取方法以及耦合关系分析入手,开展采煤机安全性评价方法研究;对运行、维护等信息进行关联性分析,确定用于采煤机安全性分析的特征。针对离散型数据属性内及属性间的分布统计规律,运用布尔代数点积运算,求解项目间相关度, 并建立了采煤机安全性评价的耦合关系模型。通过神东煤炭设备管理中心和生产单位近12年的大型采煤机租赁、维护、维修信息进行验证,证明了模型的有效性。

       

      Abstract: From the evaluation feature extraction methods and coupling relation model of coal cutters safety, this paper researches coal cutter safety evaluation methods and carries out correlation analysis about the information of coal cutter operation and maintenance, and determines the features of safety analysis for coal cutter. For the distribution statistics laws of discrete data properties or among discrete data properties, using Boolean algebra dot product operation, the correlation among projects is solved, and the coupling relation model of safety evaluation for coal cutter is established. The effectiveness of model is verified through the leasing, maintenance and repair information of nearly 12 years of large coal cutters in Shendong Coal Equipment Management Center and production units.
