采动对含断层煤层底板破坏特征的影响分析

    Impact Analysis of Mining on Failure Features of Coal Seam Floor Containing Fault

    • 摘要: 根据济宁梁宝寺煤矿3201下工作面WF62断层地质及水文地质条件,基于FLAC3D数值仿真软件对工作面底板采动破坏进行流固耦合数值模拟,进一步探究先开采上盘煤层后开采下盘煤层时,工作面推进方向对底板采动破坏的影响规律。结果表明:逆着断层倾向推进工作面时,断层带附近岩体的垂直应力集中更为明显,煤层底板采动对底板塑性区的破坏性更大,底板破坏深度较顺着断层倾向推进工作面时大5 m。因此,为了安全开采,先开采上盘煤层后开采下盘煤层时,应当顺着断层倾向推进工作面。

       

      Abstract: According to 3201 lower working face WF62 fault geological and hydrogeological conditions of Jining Liangbaosi Coal Mine, based on the numerical simulation software FLAC3D, we carried out fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation for working face floor mining-induced damage, to further explore influence law of working face advancing direction on floor mining damage when the lower plate coal is mined after mining upper plate coal first. The results show that the vertical stress concentration near fault zone rock mass is more obvious when the working face advancing is against the fault tendency, mining of coal floor has larger influence on destructive of plastic zone, and the floor damage depth is 5 m bigger than that working face advancing along the fault tendency. For safety mining, mining the lower plate coal after mining the first plate coal, advancing the working face should be along the fault tendency.
