含水煤堆自燃过程中安全保存期的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation for Safe Storage Time in Spontaneous Combustion Process of Coal Pile Containing Water

    • 摘要: 为了分析水分对露天煤堆自燃升温速率的影响,建立了二维含水煤堆传热传质数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对煤堆内部氧气、水分和温度场信息进行计算推演。计算结果表明:含水煤堆升温过程经历了升温-缓慢升温-快速升温3个阶段,煤堆内水分与之对应经历了缓慢蒸发,快速蒸发和蒸干3个阶段。水分的存在使煤堆在自燃中期升温速率放缓,水分含量越高,水分蒸发所需时间越长,煤堆安全保存期越长。煤堆水分含量与安全保存期程强烈指数函数关系。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the influence of water on spontaneous combustion heating rate of coal pile, the 2D heat and mass transfer mathematical model of coal pile containing water was established. Then, Fluent software was used to analyze oxygen, water content and temperature in coal pile. The results show that coal pile containing water goes through three stages inclulding heating, slow heating and fast heating, and water in coal pile also has three matching stages inclulding slow evaporation, fast evaporation and drying. Then, the existence of water can slow down the coal pile temperature in middle-term of spontaneous combustion, and the higher the water content, the longer time needed for water evaporation, and the longer the safe storage time. The water content and safe storage time has a strong exponential relationship.
