煤层气定性及定量预测的拟密度反演方法

    Simulative Density Inversion Method for Qualitative and Quantitative Forecasting of Coal Bed Methane

    • 摘要: 为实现SH工区煤层气的合理评估,对测井钻井资料,地震资料进行深入分析,结合煤样煤层气含量实测数据,进行数理统计回归分析以及BP神经网络分析,将测井曲线进行科学的转化,实现含气量由离散点到连续线的分布的转化,得到直观的连续的气含量数据。同时结合改进的更为灵活的拟波阻抗叠前,叠后反演方法,得到对应的模拟波阻抗体及模拟密度体,实现含气量由线及体的分布,更加宏观地对含气量做出区域性的评估,以及定性定量的精细解释,提高了气藏的描述精度。

       

      Abstract: To achieve a reasonable assessment on coal bed methane in SH work area, we further analyze the logging and drilling data and seismic data. Combining with the measured data of coal bed methane content of coal sample, we conduct mathematical statistics regression analysis and BP neural network analysis, and make scientific transformation of logging curves to achieve the transformation of air containing discrete points to a continuous line distribution, and get the intuitive continuous gas content data. Combined with improved and more flexible pseudo-acoustic impedance pre-stack and post-stack inversion method to obtain the corresponding analog-acoustic impedance body and simulative density body and realize the distribution of gas content from line to body, and to do a regional assessment of gas content more macroscopically and fine interpretation of qualitative and quantitative to improve the accuracy of gas reservoir description.
