顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工偏差研究

    Study on Construction Error of Bedding Gas Drainage Boreholes

    • 摘要: 为了掌握顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工偏差规律,对钻孔成孔轨迹与设计轨迹之间的偏差进行了理论分析,提出“开孔偏差”和“孔形偏差”构成了“钻孔偏差”。基于YCSZ(A)型回转钻进随钻轨迹测量系统,对煤矿现场顺层钻孔轨迹进行了测定和分析。结果表明:“开孔偏差”和“孔形偏差”的大小在水平方向和竖直方向均随着钻孔深度的增加而增大,且偏离方向具有随机性;“开孔偏差”、“孔形偏差”和“钻孔偏差”,在水平方向均大于竖直方向;水平方向钻孔偏差构成以“开孔偏差”为主,竖直方向钻孔偏差构成对比不明显。根据试验分析结果,提出了钻孔施工偏差的控制对策。

       

      Abstract: In order to grasp the construction error laws of bedding gas drainage boreholes, the deviation between drilling trajectory and design trajectory was theoretically analyzed. The “opening deviation” and the “shape deviation” form the borehole “construction error”. Based on YCSZ(A)rotary drilling trajectory measurement system, the bedding gas drainage borehole trajectory is measured and analyzed. The research results show that the “opening deviation” and “shape deviation” increase with the increasing of drill hole depth in both horizontal and vertical directions, and the deviation direction takes on randomness; “opening deviation”, “shape deviation” and “construction error” of borehole in horizontal are greater than that in vertical; the borehole construction error in horizontal is closely associated with “opening deviation”, but the difference between “opening deviation” and “shape deviation” in vertical is not obvious. On the basis of testing results, the precaution measures are provided.
