安顺煤矿9103综采工作面过断层顶板矿压规律研究

    Research on Roof Rock Pressure Laws During Anshun Mine 9103 Fully Mechanized Face Passing Through Fault

    • 摘要: 为了解决安顺煤矿9103综采工作面过断层的难题,综合考虑工作面接续紧张、提高资源回收率以及减少经济损失等因素,决定采用沿底板推进的方法直接通过断层。根据工作面地质情况进行数值模拟研究分析,设计了9103工作面直接过断层技术措施。应用实践表明:方案实施后,采场顶底板应力与位移控制效果较好,没有出现冒顶、片帮以及冲击地压等地质灾害事故,工作面高质高效地通过了断层。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of fault at 9103 fully-mechanized face of Anshun Mine, some factors, such as tense excavation replacement at working face, improving recovery rate of resources and reducing economic loss, were considered comprehensively. Eventually, the method of advancing working face along the floor to pass through fault directly is used. According to mining geological condition, the method of numerical simulation analysis was used, and the paper designed technical measure for 9103 working face passing through fault. Practice proves that the control effect on displacement and stress of roof and floor is better after implementation; there are no geological disasters and accidents including roof caving, rib spalling, and rock burst. The working face passes through fault with high quality and efficiency.
