补连塔煤矿22307工作面疏放水期间火灾防治技术

    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology During Draining Water at 22307 Face of Bulianta Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 补连塔煤矿22307工作面上覆12煤采空区存在沿工作面走向长度约553 m的房采区域,浅埋藏煤层地质结构导致房采区内有大量的积水,利用油浴程序升温实验,通过对氧化升温过程中不同水分含量条件下的氧气消耗率进行对比分析,得出遗煤经水浸泡疏干后氧化反应速度更快,自燃危险性更大,疏放水期间及时利用原探放水孔对上覆12煤房采区进行注氮惰化,施工地面钻孔对上覆房空区进行预防性注浆,确保了22307工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: The overlying 12 coal mined-out area exists about 553 m room mining area along 22307 face of Bulianta Coal Mine, the geological structure of shallow buried coal seam leads to room mining area with plenty of water, using oil bath temperature programmed experiment, through the contrast analysis of oxygen consumption rate under the condition of different moisture content in the process of oxidation heating process, we obtain that oxidation reaction of residual coal is faster after soaking and discharging water, and spontaneous combustion risk is bigger. Taking advantage of the original agent plug-hole to inject nitrogen and inert overlying 12 coal room mining area during draining water, constructing ground drilling to carry out preventive grouting of overlying room mined-out area ensures the safety mining of 22307 face.
