钢纤维混凝土在特厚冲积层冻结井壁中的工程应用

    Engineering Application of Steel Fiber Concrete in Freezing Shaft Wall of Deep and Thick Alluvium

    • 摘要: 针对深厚冲积层冻结井壁承受高水压、高地应力等外荷载作用的问题,采用钢钎维、硅粉、矿渣和高效减水剂配制出CF75高强高性能钢钎维混凝土作为筑壁材料,并研究了钢纤维混凝土的力学性能。通过对钢纤维混凝土的工程应用情况进行现场监测,结果表明,冻结井壁环向和竖向最大应变分别达到1 170和164,在混凝土极限应变范围以内,符合安全要求。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that freezing shaft wall in deep and thick alluvium bears high water pressure, high geo-stress and other external load, we use steel fiber, silicon powder, mineral waste reside, high efficiency concrete to produce CF75 high strength high performance steel fiber concrete for constructing shaft lining, and study its mechanical property, monitor the engineering application of steel fiber concrete. The results show that the circumferential and vertical maximum strain of freezing wall reaches 1 170 and 164 respectively, which is within the ultimate strain of concrete and meets the safety requirements.
