基于瓦斯涌出特征的突出预警技术在新元矿的应用

    Application of Outburst Early Warning Technology Based on Gas Emission Characteristics in Xinyuan Mine

    • 摘要: 为了弥补现有传统接触式煤与瓦斯突出预测方法本身存在的局限性,利用瓦斯涌出动态特征进行煤与瓦斯突出预警,确定了新元矿瓦斯涌出动态特征突出预警指标体系及预警模型,构建了适用于新元矿基于瓦斯涌出动态特征的煤与瓦斯突出预警系统。经过现场应用验证:系统能够实现新元矿工作面突出危险的实时、动态预警,预警准确率达79%,实现了新元矿工作面煤与瓦斯突出灾害实时监测、在线分析、智能预警,促进了新元矿的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to compensate the limitation of traditional contact-type coal and gas outburst prediction method, gas emission dynamic characteristics were used to forecast the coal and gas outburst to determine coal and gas outburst early-warning index system based on gas emission dynamic features and early-warning model of Xinyuan Mine, and the coal and gas outburst early warning system based on gas emission dynamic characteristics for Xinyuan Mine was established. Field validation shows that the system is able to achieve the real time, dynamic early-warning of outburst risk of Xinyuan Mine working face, and the warning accuracy is up to 79%. This system achieves the real-time online monitor, analysis, intelligent early-warning of coal and gas outburst disasters at working face in Xinyuan Mine, and it can promote the production safety in Xinyuan Mine.
