Abstract:
We develop a kind of virtual training device for mine hoist based on Unity3D. The device mainly consists of virtual simulation software, simulation platform, signal station and communication module. The virtual simulation software is developed by Unity3D. Firstly, a virtual scene of mine hoist is established by 3ds Max. Then, the corresponding equipment model is driven by Unity3D. The simulation platform and signal station are made by taking STC12C5A60S2 singlechip as control core to realize the detection, processing and transmission of the input signals. The data transmission is realized through RS-232 communication protocol.
