井下灾区环境参数快速采集和分析技术与装备

    Technology and Equipment for Fast Sampling and Analysis of Environmental Parameters in Underground Disaster Area

    • 摘要: 提出一种井下灾区环境参数快速采集和分析技术解决方案;选用先进的3000 Micro GC微型气相色谱仪作为基础,采用分流分功,各部分单独供电的设计理念,研制出本质安全防爆型手提式气相色谱仪,实现由救援人员随身携带至井下灾害现场。手提式气相色谱仪1次进样120 s内可采用双通道准确对O2、CH4、CO、H2、N2、CO2、C2H2、C2H4、C2H6、C3H8 10种煤矿气体检测,化验精度达1×10-6级。

       

      Abstract: We propose a kind of technical solution for fast sampling and analysis of environmental parameters for underground disaster area, and advanced 3000 micro GC micro gas chromatograph is used as a basis, with the design ideas of decomposition of current and power, independent power supply of each part, to develop portable intrinsic safe explosion-proof gas chromatograph. Rescue team can carry it to underground disaster site to test ten kinds of coal mine gas involving O2, CH4, CO, H2, N2, CO2, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, C3H8 using two channels with one time sampling in 120 s accurately, the detection precision can be 1×10-6 level.
