Abstract:
In the process of the automatic adjustment of mine gas infrared remote sensor, the adjusting device is supposed to send infrared control signals in real time automatically according to the deviation of the monitoring data and the standard concentration to replace the infrared remote control to adjust in real time. In order to make the adjusting device sent the infrared code with the remote control in real time, the code of the infrared remote control matching with the sensor required to be adjusted is input the adjusting device. In this paper, based on the core STC15W201S singlechip of the adjusting device, we design and achieve a transmission protocol to break reversely existing infrared remote control signal by the microcontroller learning and receiving infrared control signal and senting infrared control signal with the required function to verify the incorrect mine gas sensor according to the infrared signal transmission protocol to achieve the purpose of automatic adjustment.
