Abstract: The application of quick installation technology at 11052 fully mechanized working face can effectively increase the speed of installation. Shanzhai Coal Mine implemented quick installation technology at 11052 fully mechanized mining face, and the simple installation technique can achieve the goals of ensuring safety reducing cost, reducing the labor intensity, improving fully mechanized equipment installation time. We introduce the equipment, process and key technology of quick installation technique at 11052 fully mechanized working face, which provides a reference for equipment installation at fully mechanized mining face in similar mines.
