煤层气井间抽技术研究与现场应用

    Research and Field Application of Intermittent Dewatering Technology for Coalbed Methane Wells

    • 摘要: 随着煤层气井排采时间的增加,日产水量降低,抽油泵经常发生气锁、干磨,使得检泵周期缩短,设备运行效率不断降低,运行成本持续增加。为了解决该问题,提出了煤层气井间抽的思想,详细阐述了间抽的机理,建立了间抽参数的确定方法,并结合现场应用状况评价了已经实施间抽的煤层气井的开发效果。实践表明,间抽技术能够达到节能降耗、延长检泵周期、提高设备运行效率的目的,能够满足煤层气井排采中后期低水量、低液柱时的排采要求,是实现煤层气生产降本增效的有效举措。

       

      Abstract: After a long period of dewatering and extraction process, the amount of water produced by coalbed methane production wells becomes small. Oil well pumps are frequently influenced by air lock and dry grinding, which results in shorter pump inspection cycle and higher operation costs. Aimed at these problems, we propose the idea of intermittent dewatering for coalbed methane production wells, and illustrate its mechanism in detail, introduce the approaches to determine the parameters for intermittent dewatering, analyze the principles for selecting wells, and evaluate the development performance of these coalbed methane production wells which the intermittent dewatering technology has been applied based on the field pilots. Field practice shows that intermittent dewatering technology can save a great amount of energy, prolongs pump inspection cycle, enhance the efficiency of equipment operation, and can satisfy the development requirements of coalbed methane wells in middle and later production stage when the water volume and water column are low, and this technology is an effective measure to realize coalbed methane production efficiency.
