缓斜厚煤层石门揭煤快速掘进技术

    Application of Rapid Excavation Technology in Rock Cross-cut Coal Uncovering in Gently Inclined and Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 缓斜或者水平厚度较大煤层石门揭煤具有揭煤距离长、工程量大特点,是瓦斯治理工作的重点与难点。为提高缓斜厚煤层瓦斯异常区石门揭煤掘进速度,研究掘进期间瓦斯防治技术,并提出快速掘进保障措施。通过及时调整支护方案、优化爆破管理以及合理组织施工,使得揭煤时长缩短了约1/3,实现了快速揭煤,有效缓解矿井后续的采掘接替压力。

       

      Abstract: The rock cross-cut coal uncovering in gently inclined or thick coal seam has the characteristics of long distance and large amount of engineering, which is the key and difficult point of gas control. In order to improve the excavation speed of rock cross-cut coal uncovering in gas unusual area, the gas control technology is studied during the period of excavation, and the safeguard measures are proposed. By adjusting the supporting scheme in a timely manner, optimizing blasting management and reasonable organization construction, the time of coal uncovering is shortened by about 1/3, which can realize the rapid coal uncovering and effectively alleviate the pressure of excavation replacement of coal mine.
