薛湖煤矿穿层钻孔水力扩孔瓦斯抽采增透技术

    Gas Drainage Improving Permeability Technology by Hydraulic Reaming of Through Bed Hole in Xuehu Mine

    • 摘要: 为研究薛湖煤矿穿层钻孔水力扩孔对瓦斯抽采效果的影响,采用FLAC3D软件模拟穿层抽采钻孔扩孔0.6 t/m煤量前后钻孔瓦斯增透圈大小变化情况,现场实测2306工作面底抽巷穿层抽采钻孔冲孔0.6 t/m煤量与未冲孔钻孔在相同抽采时间内的瓦斯抽采量和有效抽采半径,并进行对比分析。结果表明,薛湖煤矿穿层抽采钻孔扩孔0.6 t/m煤量后,钻孔的瓦斯增透圈增大了62.5%,初始抽采纯量增加了100%,抽采75 d的抽采总量增加了70%,钻孔的有效抽采半径达到1.1 m所需时间缩短了77.2%,薛湖煤矿穿层钻孔水力扩孔可有效提高煤层抽采效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effect of hydraulic reaming of through bed hole on gas drainage in Xuehu Mine, the size changes of permeability-increasing circle of drilling were simulated with Flac3D before and after through bed hole reaming 0.6 ton per meter in coal seam. Gas extraction quantity and effective drainage radius were compared and analyzed during hydraulic reaming 0.6 ton per meter and without hydraulic reaming at bed plate tunnel of 2306 working face in the same extraction time. The result indicates that the permeability-increasing circle of drilling increases by 62.5%; the initial extraction quantity increases by 100%; the total extraction quantity increases by 70% in 75 days; the time that reaching 1.1 m of effective drainage radius of the borehole is shortened by 77.2% after drilling reaming 0.6 ton per meter in coal seam. The drainage efficiency can be improved after hydraulic reaming in Xuehu Mine.
