Abstract:
Use tailings and cementitious powder as filling material, experimental study of fluidity, bleeding rate and filling body uniaxial compressive strength of slurry with different mass concentration, silty sand ratio and stirring time is researched by using orthogonal experiment method, the effect of mass concentration, silty sand ratio and stirring time on transportation performance of paste filling material is explored by range analysis, and we obtain the regression function of compressive strength of filling body through multivariate linear regression analysis. The experimental results show that the proportion relation of cementitious powder and tailings is the most important influence factor of strength of tailings filling body, the larger the silty sand ratio, the higher the strength; the next factor is filling slurry, increasing the slurry concentration can also improve the strength of the filling body as the silty sand ratio is constant; the last factor is curing time, with the increase of time, the strength of the filling body increases, and the final value will maintaine a stable value.
