基于正交试验的粉煤灰膏体输送水力坡度影响因素研究

    Study on Influence Factors of Hydraulic Gradient of Fly Ash Paste Conveying Based on Orthogonal Test

    • 摘要: 为研究影响粉煤灰膏体管道输送水力坡度的主要因素,采用输送环管试验进行水力测试,运用正交试验法对测试结果进行分析,定量确定了粉煤灰膏体水力坡度对不同管道流速、管径、料浆浓度的敏感程度,以及随各因素的变化趋势。结果表明,粉煤灰膏体输送水力坡度随流速及料浆浓度增加而加大、随管径增加而减小,且流速是影响水力坡度的最主要因素。为了提高粉煤灰膏体料浆的泵送性能,选用A1B3C2输送方案,即流速1 m/s,管径125 mm,浆体浓度为53%。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the main factors affecting the hydraulic gradient of fly ash paste pipeline transportation, hydraulic test was carried out by the test of transmission ring pipe. We use orthogonal test method to analyze the test results, and determine quantitatively the sensitivity of hydraulic gradient of the fly ash paste on the flow rate, pipe diameter and slurry concentration, and the change trend with different factors. Results show that the hydraulic gradient of fly ash paste increases with the flow rate and concentration, and decreases with pipe diameter, and the flow rate is the main factor that affects the hydraulic gradient. In order to improve the properties of fly ash slurry pump, the A1B3C2 transport scheme is selected, namely velocity of 1 m/s, diameter of 125 mm, and the slurry concentration is 53%.
