Abstract:
Hidden trouble inspection is an important work of coal mines' safety management. However, due to the influence of traditional experience management, coal mines' safety managers ignored the scientific management method to discover the temporal and spatial distribution laws by data mining. In the paper, different types of coal mines' hidden trouble were discussed. Correspondence analysis methods were adopted to study the temporal and spatial distribution laws. Empirical study results show that the common hidden troubles for the fourth quarter are blasting, roof and transportation; common hidden troubles for the third quarter are mechanical and electrical and other types; common hidden troubles for the second quarter are flood and fire, and hidden trouble in the first quarter is mainly gas, but the correlation is not strong. Common hidden troubles at coal mining working face are mainly mechanical and electrical, fire and other classes; common hidden troubles for heading roadway are roof, blasting and water disasters; transportation hazards are mainly distributed in roadway and other areas, and panel and gas hazard distribution is not obvious.
