巷道风速传感器数据实时处理方法

Real-time Data Processing Method of Wind Speed Sensor in Roadway

  • 摘要: 巷道风速监测点由于人、车经过等因素造成气流波动,导致风速传感器监测值存在“噪声”数据,这种问题无法从现阶段传感器测量技术的本身上解决,使得巷道风速值虽然被实时监测却不能被很好的采信和应用的问题。依据巷道风速变化的特征和拉依达准则本身的特点,提出了应用改进的拉依达准则对实时测量的风速值是否异常进行判定的方法。依托某工作面连续500次巡检风速数据对方法进行了实例验证。结果表明,虽然这种处理方法对巷道风速确实发生变化的状况响应会有延迟,但是对由于风速监测点气流波动所导致的干扰数据能够很好的进行剔除,数据实时处理效果较好。
    Abstract: The air turbulence caused by factors such as human or vehicles of wind speed monitoring points leads to the noisy data existing in monitoring values of wind speed sensor. As the problem has not been resolved by utilizing the measurement technology of sensor at the present stage, the wind speed values of roadway can not be acquired and used. Based on the change characteristics of wind speed in the roadway and the feature of Pauta criterion, a method on applying the improved Pauta criterion to determine the abnormality of real-time measurement values of wind speed was proposed. The method was verified by loop check for 500 times in a row data of wind speed at working face. The results show that although this method made the response delay on condition that the wind speed from the roadway indeed changed, the interfering data caused by the air turbulence of wind speed monitoring points would be culled well and the method would have a better effect on data process in real time.
