霍尔辛赫大断面煤巷掘进技术优化及实践

    Optimization and Practice of Excavating Technology for Large Section Coal Roadway in Huoerxinhe Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对霍尔辛赫煤巷掘进影响因素多、支护耗时长等问题,采用现场实测、数值模拟等手段,分析了掘进工作面应力分布、变形特征及其与空顶距离之间的关系。在支护参数、施工工艺、系统保障等方面改进,提出基于高预应力支护理论的优化方案,在西辅运大巷进行工业试验。监测显示,新方案既保证支护效果,又提高掘进效率并降低综合成本。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of a lot of influence factors and long time-consuming of support in coal roadway excavating in Huoerxinhe Coal Mine, stress distribution and deformation characteristics of tunneling face and the relationship with empty-support distance are analyzed by field measurement and numerical simulation. New optimized design based on high pre-stress theory is improved in parameters, construction process and system safeguard and the industrial field test is carried out in west auxiliary transportation lane. The pressure monitoring shows that the new scheme can guarante support effect and enhance excavating efficiency and reduce composite cost.
