Abstract:
For the problems of a lot of influence factors and long time-consuming of support in coal roadway excavating in Huoerxinhe Coal Mine, stress distribution and deformation characteristics of tunneling face and the relationship with empty-support distance are analyzed by field measurement and numerical simulation. New optimized design based on high pre-stress theory is improved in parameters, construction process and system safeguard and the industrial field test is carried out in west auxiliary transportation lane. The pressure monitoring shows that the new scheme can guarante support effect and enhance excavating efficiency and reduce composite cost.
