下沟矿均压通风“平衡点”现象分析

    Phenomenon Analysis for Pressure Balancing Ventilation “Equilibrium Point” in Xiagou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 下沟矿403采区首采301工作面采用“U”型通风方式,采空区瓦斯涌出到工作面比例较大,易造成上隅角瓦斯局部积聚。针对这一问题,提出采用均压通风技术以治理上隅角瓦斯,通过实践应用取得良好效果。但在分析工作面瓦斯实测数据发现存在均压通风“平衡点”问题,通过建立301工作面风网解算模型,并通过数值模拟以及数据分析,分析了导致“平衡点”出现的原因,通过现场实践验证,与理论推导结果相近。

       

      Abstract: Xiagou Coal Mine 403 mining area uses “U” style ventilation to mine 301 working face, and there is a high proportion of gas flowing into the working face, which can cause gas accumulation at upper corner. For this problem, pressure balancing ventilation technology is proposed to control gas at upper corner, and this technology achieves a good effect through the practical application. But, analyzing the gas measured data of working face, the problem of pressure balancing ventilation “equilibrium point” was found. Through the establishment of ventilation network solution mode of 301 working face, the cause of "equilibrium point" is analyzed by numerical simulation and data analysis, and the results are close to the theory values.
