矿井围岩温度场分布规律
Distribution Laws of Temperature Field in Mine Surrounding Rock

摘要: 应用固体导热的理论,忽略一些次要因素的影响得到矿井围岩传热的数学模型。应用COMSOL Multiphysics模拟软件,计算得到矿井围岩温度场的分布规律,讨论了矿井通风时间、围岩导热系数、围岩径向位移、风流温度和原始岩温对矿井围岩温度场的影响。研究表明:影响围岩调热圈半径的主要因素是通风时间和围岩的导热系数。围岩调热圈半径随通风时间的增加及围岩导热系数的增加而增加。影响围岩温度梯度的主要因素是通风时间、风流温度和原始岩温。围岩温度梯度随通风时间的减少、风流温度的减小和原始岩温的增加而增加。Abstract: Based on the theory of solid heat conduction, the mathematical model of heat transfer in the surrounding rock of a mine was built by neglecting the influence of some minor factors. Using COMSOL multiphysics simulation software, the temperature field distribution of surrounding rock of a mine was obtained. Furthermore, the influence of ventilation time, thermal conductivity coefficient of surrounding rock, radial displacement of surrounding rock, air temperature and original rock temperature on mine temperature field were discussed. The study finds that the radius of heat-regulating circle is mainly determined by ventilation time and thermal conductivity coefficient of surrounding rock. The radius of heat-regulating circle increases with the increasing of ventilation time and thermal conductivity coefficient. The temperature gradient of surrounding rock is mainly determined by ventilation time, air temperature and original rock temperature. The temperature gradient of surrounding rock increases with the decreasing of ventilation time and air temperature and the increasing of original rock temperature.
