黏结式隔尘帘降尘效果试验研究

    Experiment Research on Dust-reducing Effect by Adhesive-type Dust Isolation Curtain

    • 摘要: 设计制作了多面空心球体隔尘帘、多孔旋转球型悬浮填料模型隔尘帘和混合型隔尘帘3种隔尘装置。并对3种隔尘帘加入黏尘剂进行现场试验:混合型隔尘帘效果较好,平均隔尘效率为44.05%,经第4道隔尘帘后呼吸性粉尘浓度降为12.71 mg/m3,风速在1.61 m/s左右,满足最优排尘风速要求;通过计算单个球体载液量及单位时间黏结剂溶液的减少量,结合现场实测,确定混合型隔尘帘的清洗周期为40 h。

       

      Abstract: Three kinds of apparatus named hollow ball dust isolation curtain, porous rotating spherical suspended carrier dust isolation curtain and mixed dust isolation curtain were designed and made. Dust bond was sprayed on these curtains to carry out field experiments. Results showed that mixed dust isolation curtain had the best effect of reducing dust. The average separation efficiency was 44.05%. The concentration of respirable dust reduced to 12.71 mg/m3 after passing through the 4th dust isolation curtain. The wind speed at 1.61 m/s met the requirements of optimal dust exhausting wind speed. By calculating the liquid loading capacity of single hollow ball and the reduction of blinder solution, the cleaning frequency combining with the actual measured results had been defined at 40 hours.
