Abstract:
A generalized grey target decision method is proposed to evaluate the safety management efficiency of coal mine with mixed attribute values of real numbers and fuzzy numbers. The proposed method first transforms all types of numbers into binary connection number vectors and calculates the nearness degrees of each index vector with the bull's eye index vector, and then determines the superiority and inferiority by integrated weighting nearness degrees. The Quandian Coal Mine is used to evaluate its six month's safety management efficiency, and the result shows that the proposed method can well solve the evaluation problem of coal mine safety management efficiency with mixed attribute values.
