Abstract: We analyze the present situation and existing problems of coal enterprises emergency management system in our country from the perspective of the continuity of critical business, clarify the development process, application range, management model and relevant ideas of business continuity management system,illuminate the feasibility and advantages of business continuity management system when it is applied to emergency management of coal mine to help disaster recovery. We propose a management system merging the business continuity management with the traditional emergency management, and then analyze the application prospect and economic and social benefits of business continuity management in coal mine.
