煤矿井下完孔连续筛管屈曲分析

Buckling Analysis of Coiled Screen Pipe for Complete Boreholes in Underground Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 基于ANSYS Workbench软件,建立了圆形孔及轴向腰形孔的连续筛管模型,分析了不同割缝形式和过流面积比下连续筛管的屈曲性能。对连续筛管与单根连接筛管的下入效率和下入工艺过程进行了对比试验。研究结果表明,在4%、8%、12%等不同过流面积比条件下,轴向腰形孔型连续筛管的抗屈曲性能较好;连续筛管比单根连接筛管的下入效率提高了50%、下入阻力增加30%。
    Abstract: Based on ANSYS Workbench software, we built coiled screen pipe models for circular holes and axial waist shape holes, and analyze buckling performance of coiled screen pipe under different slotting forms and flow area rates, and carry out contrast tests of tripping efficiency and tripping process for coiled screen pipe and single joined screen pipe. The results show that the flow area rate of 4%, 8% and 12%, the buckling performance of axis slotted pipe is better. The tripping efficiency of coiled screen pipe is improved by 50% and the tripping resistance is increased by 30% compared with the single joined screen pipe.
