Abstract:
Based on ANSYS Workbench software, we built coiled screen pipe models for circular holes and axial waist shape holes, and analyze buckling performance of coiled screen pipe under different slotting forms and flow area rates, and carry out contrast tests of tripping efficiency and tripping process for coiled screen pipe and single joined screen pipe. The results show that the flow area rate of 4%, 8% and 12%, the buckling performance of axis slotted pipe is better. The tripping efficiency of coiled screen pipe is improved by 50% and the tripping resistance is increased by 30% compared with the single joined screen pipe.
