大南湖煤矿斜井冻结壁制造可靠性研究

    Study on Reliability of Inclined Frozen Wall for Dananhu Mine

    • 摘要: 为研究斜井冻结壁制造的可靠性,将FMECA运用到大南湖煤矿斜井冻结壁的制造过程中,通过分析斜井冻结制造过程中的主要故障模式、原因及影响,从而得出最大RPN值,确定出较大危害故障模式。根据FMECA的分析结果,针对冻结管的不同布管方式(单侧双排、三排管)进行数值模拟研究,通过冻结壁温度场的发展规律,研究了冻结过程中易产生故障的故障点,以达到控制风险源,提高安全可靠性的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the reliability of frozen wall manufacture of inclined shaft, the FMECA was used in the manufacturing process of freezen wall in Dananhu inclined shaft. Through the analysis of the main failure modes, causes and effect of shaft frozen wall, so as to obtain the maximum value of RPN, we determine the greater damage to the failure mode. According to the results of FMECA analysis, the different arranging ways of frozen pipe (three rows pipes, double row of one side) was studied by numerical simulation. Through the development of the frozen wall temperature field, we studied the failure points of the freezing process to achieve the purpose of controlling the risk sources and improve the safety and reliability.
