Abstract:
In order to study the reliability of frozen wall manufacture of inclined shaft, the FMECA was used in the manufacturing process of freezen wall in Dananhu inclined shaft. Through the analysis of the main failure modes, causes and effect of shaft frozen wall, so as to obtain the maximum value of RPN, we determine the greater damage to the failure mode. According to the results of FMECA analysis, the different arranging ways of frozen pipe (three rows pipes, double row of one side) was studied by numerical simulation. Through the development of the frozen wall temperature field, we studied the failure points of the freezing process to achieve the purpose of controlling the risk sources and improve the safety and reliability.
